抵食高質 大門拉麵收工同朋友去咗屯市食拉麵。這間拉麵鋪裝修看落不算很特別，不過拉麵又幾好食。大門特製拉麵 Daimon Special Ramen ($75)I took the menu's recommendation and took this Daimon Special Ramen and it was fantastic. There came a bowl of ramen, which looked nice. My eyes were immediately drawn to the pork belly.The broth holds the key to the success of any ramen store and well, I would have to say that their recipe has won my heart. 湯底味道香濃濃厚，我幾中意！豚肉幾大塊，同湯底都幾夾，作價合常合理，而且大大碗，性價比都唔錯。

My friend ordered Tsikemen which served with cold noodles that are dipped into the flavorsome hot broth. She told me the broth was thick enough but not too overpowering even after having many mouthfuls.
朋友見我點拉麵就點了沾麵。聽講湯底都唔錯，唔會太過鹹，但係亦都非常的濃厚入味，特別配上微冷的拉麵，就算食咗太多啖都不會覺得好辛苦！
