【Hugo’s】📍Tst間中都要食吓好西嘅,雖然唔係啲咩節日,但都係去左食呢間法餐拍拖🫶🏻🇫🇷⭐️Classic set menu $1458@因為其實唔算好多選擇,所以我哋直接揀咗兩個經典套餐,總共有五道菜。1️⃣Freshly shucked oysters mignonette dressing 🦪 時令生蠔2隻都唔腥,幾甜2️⃣Escargot à la bourguignonne snail in the shell, garlic butter呢個田螺好好食!重牛油 🧈 3️⃣Lobster bisque cream and brandy scented lobster soup 🦞🔥廚師會推一架車仔過嚟喺你面前表演煮湯,又到酒又有火,視覺效果居多。個人覺得有少少鹹4️⃣Steak au poivre 主菜係法式黑胡椒牛柳,面有超多胡椒,都係比較濃味,肉質幾嫩5️⃣French cheese selection/ Hugo’s hazelnut nougat soufflé 🧀🍫甜品我哋一人揀咗一個,芝士食咗少少就收隊,但疏乎厘好好食!同埋送咗個分子料理嘅朱古力波波比我地食,都幾cute😆嗰日係

嗰日係正價去食嘅,所以其實買單都幾貴,性價比唔算好高,但勝在食個vibe(食咗差唔多三個鐘,職員每一道菜都會問你覺得好唔好,都幾注重顧客體驗),建議都係係
特別日子,有野要慶祝先去😂 。
