呢一間Cafe草根都已經bookmark咗好耐,一直未有機會去試,知道佢成日排長龍,最近可能疫情關係見人少咗啲啲就乘機去試一試。今次去嘅係灣仔分店,星期日去到其實人都唔算少,都要等一陣先有得入座。Cafe裝修簡單型格,地板用咗黑白色嘅細磚去鋪,唔花巧又有格調。食物種類唔算多,平均$100一個。平日一至五晏晝有lunch set會包埋飲品,價錢會抵好多。📍House Cured Salmon with Poached Egg ($108)(House Cured Salmon Cucumber, Greens, Lime Dill Mayo, Radish & Pickled Onion on Sourdough Toast with Poached Egg)三文魚應該用紅菜頭自家醃過,睇落顏色紅得好靚,食落都帶少少紅菜頭味。感覺冇平時食嗰啲咁鹹。🐣隻蛋稍為熟咗啲,不過切開都有流汁,可以接受。酸種麵包有咬口又唔會過硬,加上香草、洋蔥同醬汁,味道都唔錯👍🏻。食呢啲味道都係差唔多,最緊要都係個賣相夠賞心悅目🥰。📍Crème Brulee French Toast ($108)(Caramel

三文魚應該用紅菜頭自家醃過,睇落顏色紅得好靚,食落都帶少少紅菜頭味。感覺冇平時食嗰啲咁鹹。🐣隻蛋稍為熟咗啲,不過切開都有流汁,可以接受。酸種麵包有咬口又唔會過硬,加上香草、洋蔥同醬汁,味道都唔錯👍🏻。食呢啲味道都係差唔多,最緊要都係個賣相夠賞心悅目🥰。

兩片厚多士吸滿蛋漿🐣,外面煎到微焦脆身,而中間就嫰滑到好似布甸一樣🍮,食落蛋香味濃又唔油膩, 味道都幾有驚喜😋。旁邊再配上焦糖脆面嘅香蕉🍌、Mascarpone芝士、新鮮士多啤梨同微酸嘅士多啤梨乾🍓。最後淋上糖漿🍯同糖粉,好食得嚟唔會過甜,夠晒邪惡呀😈
📍Squid Ink Spaghetti Aglio E Olio ($128)
(Grilled Kings Prawns, Fennel, Fried Garlic, Oliver Oil, Parmesan & Mexican Chili
雖然呢個意粉冇另一款意粉咁多人食,不過反而草根姐姐就更鍾意呢一款[色]。墨魚汁意粉寫得好有咬口,炒過之後又香又爽口,意粉表面再加上香草🌿同炸蒜🧄,非常惹味。配料嘅大蝦鮮味又彈牙🦐,雖然話加咗辣椒,不過食落一啲都唔辣,唯一就係份量少左啲啫。
