🔸棋子燒鵝(下莊)$135🔸桂香切雞(半隻)$65-今晚收工又去斬料返屋企加餸喇,唔駛媽媽咁辛苦煮咁多味餸嘛!見呢間燒味鋪門面幾四正整潔,又有幾多人幫襯,一於試試佢。揀咗店舖招牌嘅燒鵝,見到玻璃窗裡面掛起幾隻燒鵝真係幾靚仔,就斬個下莊返去,係最正嘅髀位。咬落燒鵝嘅皮好脆,隨即就滿口油脂感好正,而且肉質剛好唔過火喉,好功架!作為稱職嘅「雞精」當然再斬多半隻切雞先罷休啦!切雞都非常唔錯,皮薄肉嫩,而且調味都恰到好處,唔會太咸,好滿足啊!
