This MegaBox branch is their first shop under this concept. The interior design of the shop is modern with old fashion elements. The theme is more or less like a cross over between trendy and traditional.
We tried a number of dishes including starters, dim sum, soup and some signature products. The 1954 Prawn Toast is a famous Fung Shing dish, and this time they allow customers to order the prawn toast one by one. It is very delicious just like other Fung Shing branches. The coconut chicken soup is also good and it was served with a whole coconut with rich taste. Fung Shing 1954 also have creative dim sum bun dishes like other new dim sum places and they do taste good and look good. Lastly, the Sichuan chicken as a starter is also a favourite dish of ours but it is however a little bit spicy for everyone.
