feb 04 & 18, 12...........共食咗 :1) citrus cream w/sicilian pistachio (hk$48)-cut落去,軟身咗些少,應要雪耐d-溫和嘅酸味,裡面仲有d開心果碎,mousse部份很滑2) smoked vanilla mousse, balsamic (hk$48)-食落的確有些少煙薰味,喺甜品度,好少會食到,很有創意3) monte bianco (hk$48)-個粟子蓉很清甜,濃粟子味-最底下嘅海綿蛋糕夠濕軟4) gianduja crunch tart (hk$48)-呢個要好喜歡dark chocoloate先會欣賞-裡裡外外都喺朱古力味,有朱古力mousse,thick chocolate cream,脆脆,所以好濃朱古力味,質感亦好實在吓-友人(唔鍾意黑朱古力)就會嫌佢有點苦5) chocolate bavrios and red wine poached pear (hk$48)-呢個都濃朱古味,但質感上會比crunch tart較番d-而且中間仲會有梨肉粒-又有脆脆米-我喜歡呢個多d呢~~~6) black f

-呢個都濃朱古味,但質感上會比crunch tart較番d
-而且中間仲會有梨肉粒
-又有脆脆米
-我喜歡呢個多d呢~~~ 6) black forest (hk$48)
-宜家無咗朱古力mousse,改咗黑森林
-裡面嘅果肉應該有浸過吓酒
-個人覺得麻麻哋 7) tiramisu (hk$20)
-比較偏濕,咖啡酒味喺有的

* 服務很好..........又nice.............對蛋糕嘅details都清楚
* take away packing好靚
