So this morning I managed to wake up for a breakie (to my surprise). I went to this cafe for a Buo Luo Yau necause of their exceptionally good buns. I was right: the bun is really fresh, warm, big, soft, while the topping is damn crispy!
Together with the ice-chilled butter slice sandwiched in between, the combination of the warm soft bun and the hard cold butter, although it's such a simple meal totally to the other end when comparing to pricey sophisticated looking French gastronomy, it somehow has effortlessly shown me the way to heaven.
The bun with butter alone is 10HKD, tgt with iced milk tea is 27HKD
Apologize for that I ate a bit of it before taking photos, and it somehow could not accurately show the good quality of the bun!
