Wanted to eat Japanese food for dinner, me and my friend went to try this sashimi rice restaurant. We ordered the 火炙鰈魚邊、黑鮪、三文魚、魷魚明太子丼, the sashimi looked and tasted fresh, however the flounder edge can be torched a bit more, so the fish oil can be more charred and fragrant. I also liked the tamagoyaki infused with salmon bits, which added texture to the egg roll.Another set is the 豊洲海鮮丼(築地)配明太子卡邦尼撈稻庭烏冬, the sashimi rice is also fresh, but what impressed me to most was the mentaiko mixed udon!
