魚肉燒賣 Siu Mai $10/5 The chewiness does make this shop stand out from the pool of fish shumai available in Hong Kong, but given its popularity, I expected it to be softer. Yet, I could tell that loads of fish meat instead of flour is used in each shumai. Overall, it's worth visiting when you are in Taipo and don’t have to line up too long for it.
