豚鴨沾麵最為出色,湯頭以5斤鴨肉連皮熬製2小時,有別於常見偏鹹的沾麵湯底,湯頭較清甜,且可嘗到點點鴨油香,🤤整碗吃完亦不覺油膩。沾麵麵條較粗,有嚼勁。Something special and unexpected to have duck ramen! 😊The soup is full of the scent and oil essence of duck! It is not too salty but rather fresh and sweet as for Tsukemen Ramen. 😚But still, I expect more layers of flavours in this bowl of ramen. 🙊

唔知呢個係咪蟹肉薯餅嘅普遍問題,就係只嘗到薯蓉味道,略嫌蟹肉味道不夠突出。😟只靠配上嘅吉列豬扒燒汁,夠酸甜解膩,帶起味道。🧐No sign of Crab but only the taste of mashed potatoes. Though great texture but disappointed filling.
