Tasty chicken casserole and hotpot buffet@MKMy families and I went to a restaurant called”Roll Up Hotpot”(滾喜火鍋專門店) located in Shop F,G&H, G/F, Hung Kwong Building, 2A-2P Tung Choi Street, Mong Kok,(旺角通菜街2A-2P鴻光大廈地下F,G)The restaurant has a neat new modern decor,quite nice when compares with the same type of restaurants in the same district.The chicken casserole and hotpot buffet sets cost HKD$ 188-HKD$278 per adult which allow you eat all you can eat within 2.5 hrs (Sun-Thurs) or 2 hrs (Fri/Sat).

My families and I chose the middle ones which is the “Unlimited Angus beef buffet set”任食安格斯肥牛
For the protein, there are Angus beef, Spanish ibérico pork(西班牙黑毛豬, Mongolian lamp( 蒙古羊肉片）, Australian Ox tongue(澳洲牛舌）and tender chicken...etc .Quite high quality proteins.
The Angus beef（安格斯牛）is provided on an unlimited basis which is quite tender, soft, sweet and fresh. Not bad for such price range!!
The Spanish iberico pork is quite sweet,succulent with scrumptious fatty!Good!
The staff will serve and prepare the chicken casserole in front of the customers.
The spicy chicken casserole(麻辣雞煲）is incredibly delicious!!! With tantalising heat and rich flavours！！ The most satisfactory dish of the night!!

For the seafood, there are sea shrimp, white eel (白鱔), crispy glass dace (脆鯇片) and squid ...etc.

The squid is springy and bouncy. Tasty!!

There are offal provided such as goose intestine (鵝腸）and beef tripe (牛柏葉）.

The beef tripe is soft and tender .Yummmmm.
There are also homemade wontons (雲吞）and homemade dumplings (水餃）..

The wontons are quite tasty!!

The chicken casserole is outstanding!!

And the protein is quite good quality regarding the price.

The environment is quite clear, spacious and comfy. Good

I highly recommended the chicken casserole!! Make me water mouthing just talking about it
