What a great feast! Each dish shone in their own right and it’s hard to pick a favourite! We decided to go for variety!
The ribeye steak was well grilled to medium rare and had good marbling that you’d expect from a great quality beef. The applewood smoke adds a sweet undertone to the beef. The 3 tier seafood tower was really exquisite with great plating! Here you get crab meat and salmon roe in a delicious guacamole sauce, smoked scallop with birds nest , and red shrimp tartar with sea urchin. The skewers platter came with 2 beers, and is a great starter for those who want a variety of meat. They also have the mixed grilled meat if you want something heavier. Eggplant was nicely roasted with deep streaks of garlic and green onion flavours. Blue mussels were fresh and extremely appetising in the spicy Sichuan sauce - a great alternative to the standard mussels in white wine sauce!
