星期一朝早10點上到來，吾算多人，不過因為冇得搭枱，所以等左陣先坐得低。We came on monday 11am, not too many people.But cant sit with others, so we waited a little.牛腸steamed meat chong fen：表面厚厚一層油，皮薄，但淋batbat；餡多，味道都係一般茶樓水準。Oily, thin skin, too soft; lot of fillings, tastes as ordinary restaurants 炸雲呑deep fried dumplings ：好淺色，好脆口，好食。Light in color, very crispy, tastes good煎餃子、煎韮菜蝦餅fried dumplings, fried veggie shrimp paste：食完冇乜特別感覺，吾會太難食，安全之選。Nothing too special, not too bad, safe「必食」流沙奶皇包’must eat’ runny bun：點心紙話係必食，好失望吾流沙，冇乜蛋黃香，難

吾流沙，冇乜蛋黃香，難食。
It’s ‘must eat’ as stated in the menu, very disappointing.
Not runny, no taste of egg yolk, tastes bad.
