I'm here for an ordinary lunch costing $68 only, excluding service charge. Before I even ordered anything, I requested a glass of water from the waitress. Her immediate response was she'd have to ask the manager. I felt: 'Huh?' She explained the set includes drinks so additional glasses of water wouldn't be included. Even Starbucks offers complimentary water. There's really no excuse. If you think this is the way to retain clients, go ahead.
