其實有好多味道可以揀 包括芝士，朱古力，抹茶，原味，蜂蜜等 特別推薦芝士味食落味道比較濃郁
This bakery is probably the only place that sells this “stringy” cake in HK. Once you split the cake in half you can see the strings in between, kinda like cheese strings, which also gives the cakes an additional texture other than its fluffiness. The cakes generally tastes of butter on top an eggy flavour, but they actually offer a range of flavours including cheese, matcha, chocolate, original, and honey etc. After trying a few options I would suggest going for the cheese option as it’s the richest of them all.
