今日嚟到蘇豪嘅西餐廳食晏,一入到去就見到餐廳準備咗好多pizza dough 🤤,好吸引呀!但我今日想食扒多啲,下次先試喇~嗌咗個US ribeye steak ($238),牛扒份量唔少,唔韌又無筋,仲食落啖啖嘅rosemary味。本身以為個扒只配薯條,點知有驚喜!講咗個薯條先,係我鍾意食嘅粗身薯條,仲應該係即叫即炸,因為熱辣辣又香脆,一啲都唔似翻炸過。伴碟仲有炒菇、炒蘆筍同炒西蘭花,健康又豐富。不得不提個醬汁,竟然係自家製嘅芝士蘑菇黑松露醬😱,勁香勁cheesy,原來係用咗 parmesan cheese,真係好有誠意!呢道菜必嗌!雖然食完個扒都好飽,但見到佢哋有自家製嘅 apple crumble with ice cream ($68),點都要試下🤭。果然無失望,除咗賣相靚外,都好好食。餡料好豐富,啖啖都食到蘋果粒,再配埋石板街雪糕,一冷一熱非常夾!
