本身得一枱客,一入去就叫我隨便坐,樓面一個女侍應,水吧入面有3個staff,個樓面侍應放低咗個code叫我自己落單,幾分鐘後朋友到左,當時個Menu蓋住咗個QR code,導致我唔記得咗要掃QR code落單,叫咗個樓面Staff過嚟,其實當時客就得2枱,水吧枱入面其中2個侍應見到我舉手都無動於衷,隔咗差唔多10秒先同樓面侍應講12號枱叫你,個侍應即刻話有qr code落單然後走咗。揀完食咩,去到確認order嗰頁,佢顯示我哋唔符合佢落單條件,於是我哋叫返個樓面返嚟,show嗰句野俾佢睇,個樓面就話‘’冇可能㗎喎,唔會唔得㗎喎…‘’其實你個系統唔得係事實,當刻你要做嘅應該係幫客人解決問題,於是我忍唔住同佢講‘’其實你不如幫我哋手動落單啦,你都睇到佢真係落唔到單呀嘛‘’ 講完佢先肯幫我哋手動落單嘢食到晒,我想攞一杯水,於是舉手,樓面個侍應喺度玩電話,水吧入面其中一個女Staff見到,就邊反白眼邊同個女侍應講12號枱又叫你啦,當時撞正有第三枱客入嚟,個侍應想serve左人哋先唔緊要,但佢用唔耐煩嘅語氣叫我哋等等先綜合以上就決定一定要寫差評,唔知佢地係唔係覺得我哋落單嗰度麻煩到佢,我哋自問態

其實你個系統唔得係事實,當刻你要做嘅應該係幫客人解決問題,於是我忍唔住同佢講‘’其實你不如幫我哋手動落單啦,你都睇到佢真係落唔到單呀嘛‘’ 講完佢先肯幫我哋手動落單

綜合以上就決定一定要寫差評,唔知佢地係唔係覺得我哋落單嗰度麻煩到佢,我哋自問態度都OK,真係落唔到先搵佢,佢哋以為我哋真係好想係咁叫佢過嚟咩,嗰個時間係下午茶時間,只係得3-4枱客,人已經唔多,3個staff喺入面指揮交通,又冇出嚟幫手,仲要咁樣反個客白眼同埋‘’又叫你啦‘’係咩意思,做嘅已經唔係你
環境唔錯,食物唔錯,但服務態度真係不得了
