I have been going to this place for years but never have I been treated so badly, so much so that I felt the need to sign up and post this review. They gave us a bar-height table despite that we have an elderly in our party with walking difficulty. I politely requested another table instead and, from then on, they have somehow labelled us and refused to provide the same level of service received by everyone else. They gave us a bar-height table despite that we have an elderly in our party with walking difficulty. I politely requested another table instead and, from then on, they have somehow labelled us and refused to provide the same level of service received by everyone else.
We had to wait for an extra 15 minutes (very long for dinner at a restaurant in cyberport, and during which at least two other normal-height tables were free and everyone in the queue behind us were seated.) We were finally seated but the service was appalling throughout - the waiters were untrained and impolite to us in particular.
What an uncomfortable and disappointing experience - I am truly disgusted by their unfriendliness towards the elderly. I will definitely avoid this restaurant.
