中環有間朝啡夕酒,我哋搵咗日去試🍸環境細細,但五臟俱全,裏面勁多唔同嘅烈酒😀由於冇咩諗法,所以都係叫bartender 介紹🤓佢哋出咗個Canton-inspired spring cocktail menu,裏面有五款,然後我哋試哂🤣個人最鍾意HAWTHORN FOREST✌🏾佢係有茅台酒、咖啡liquor, Chamomile Syrup😀首先成個presentation 好特別,佢係叫你一啖山楂餅一啖酒🙈飲到茅台嘅酒香味之餘又甜甜地👍🏼Pepper Tom都幾係我口味~胡椒豬肚湯既味道,完全飲唔到vodka 味,好香嘅pepper🍸而另外嗰三杯分別係蘿蔔糕、蠔葉麵豉同埋茶葉蛋🤣真係好香港地道風味🍸蘿蔔糕係鹹香,mushroom infused gin👍🏼Moyster係white miso infused gin,一啖蠔葉一啖酒,好鮮😝除咗呢啲特別嘅選擇,佢都有啲係signature同Classic嘅Cocktail😌Enjoy~
