⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️📍The Leah (CWB) Part 1💁🏻♀️為食妹bookmark咗呢間beef wellington好耐,不過因為之前有限聚令所以一直都無去到,而家放寬咗終於可以同一大班朋友仔一齊去喇🤩💁🏻♀️餐廳位置比較隱蔽,裝修走田園野餐風格🧺,有陽光嘅時候坐室外都幾有feel,不過夜晚就比較昏暗啲🌃~ Small plates • Scotch egg & soldiers ($98) (runny duck egg, pork, sourdough)🍴呢道系英國傳統小食scotch egg,廚師將免治豬肉包住流心蛋然後落油炸到香脆,切開一半就見到誘人嘅流心蛋汁🤤,用附上嘅烤酸種麵包條沾點蛋汁,風味一流,scotch egg食落充滿咸香,非常惹味😙• Wood ear mushroom risotto ($188) (parsley, chervil, wild mushrooms)🍴呢款risotto 就相對地味道普通一啲,risotto煮得幾煙韌,帶香草味,野菌份量都幾多,無落忌廉所以唔會好膩,味道唔算有驚喜🙃~ Pies & pots • Beef pie ($208)

💁🏻♀️餐廳位置比較隱蔽,裝修走田園野餐風格🧺,有陽光嘅時候坐室外都幾有feel,不過夜晚就比較昏暗啲🌃
~ Small plates
• Scotch egg & soldiers ($98)
(runny duck egg, pork, sourdough)
🍴呢道系英國傳統小食scotch egg,廚師將免治豬肉包住流心蛋然後落油炸到香脆,切開一半就見到誘人嘅流心蛋汁🤤,用附上嘅烤酸種麵包條沾點蛋汁,風味一流,scotch egg食落充滿咸香,非常惹味😙
• Wood ear mushroom risotto ($188)

🍴呢款risotto 就相對地味道普通一啲,risotto煮得幾煙韌,帶香草味,野菌份量都幾多,無落忌廉所以唔會好膩,味道唔算有驚喜🙃

(short riv, ale, black pepper)
🍴牛肉派系The Leah signature dish之一,果然無令為食妹失望😌,酥脆嘅酥皮外層包住滿滿嘅洋蔥牛肉碎餡料,充滿肉汁非常濕潤唔會乾𠲜𠲜,調味唔錯唔會太咸,為食妹覺得唔沾旁邊嘅海鹽都已經好夠味😋
• Loster pot pie ($248)
(boston lobster, béchamel sauce, sourdough crumbs)
🍴相反呢個龍蝦派就有少少失望😅,烤得金黃嘅酸種麵包粒包覆住以白汁煮成嘅波士頓龍蝦粒,龍蝦粒份量比較少,不過都算彈牙,脆脆嘅麵包粒配白汁一齊食味道唔錯嘅但唔特別,性價比就偏低少少👉🏻👈🏻
~ Sides
• Heirloom tomato salad ($98)
• Mac & cheese ($78)
• Roasted cauliflower cheese ($78)
🍴三款side dish味道正正常常,比較特別係蕃茄沙律🍅,選用三種不同顏色嘅蕃茄,色彩鮮艷幾吸睛,mac & cheese 同cauliflower cheese就相對普通啲,都係以白汁燴好再加芝士焗成🙂
~ Big plates
• Fish, chips & scrachings ($208)
(beer-battered cod, mashed peas, homemade tartare sauce)
🍴炸魚薯條都算係英國菜嘅必試菜式,加咗啤酒嘅炸漿膨脹得特別大而且會比較鬆脆😆,魚肉採用鱈魚柳,肉質比較結實,適合油炸唔會散哂,魚肉炸完都唔會好乾保留到少少肉汁,沾滿自家製他他醬真係幾好食👍🏻,薯條係粗薯角,同樣以啤酒炸漿炸起,做到外脆內軟又有薯味😊,配菜係青豆蓉,反應就比較兩極,為食妹唔討厭青豆就覺得幾好食,不過好多朋友仔都唔鐘意就不太喜歡呢個配菜🤣
• Dover sole ($688)
(whole dover sole, caper butter, shallot)
🍴第二道主菜係烤龍利魚配酸豆牛油,為食妹覺得酸豆醬同魚嘅配搭唔係太夾🙁,龍利魚亦都比較多骨,為食妹就唔係太欣賞呢道主菜😣
• Beef wellington ($988)
(fillet, red wine sauce, potato mash)
🍴終於輪到為食妹最期待嘅beef wellington喇😍,店員首先送上原條未切開嘅beef wellington畀客人影相,之後會收入廚房切好再上菜
🍴睇到中間完美medium rare嘅菲力牛柳已經流哂口水🤤,金黃嘅酥皮包住一層parma ham同一層蘑菇碎以及粉嫩嘅菲力牛柳,酥皮富牛油香,菲力牛柳夠軟腍有肉汁又有牛味,再加上鹹香嘅parma ham同香氣十足嘅蘑菇碎,整個配搭不得了,口感豐富非常滋味🥰
🍴Side dish嘅薯蓉超濃牛油香味又好creamy,有個朋友仔差啲好食到自己食哂一兜😂
~ Desserts
• Apple pie & nutmeg custard ($98)
• Sticky toffee pudding ($108)
🍴為食妹同另一個金牛寶寶都無諗到原來朋友仔訂位嘅時候有同餐廳講係慶祝生日,所以甜品上菜嘅時候見到有生日字句同蠟燭都幾驚喜🥳
🍴蘋果批外層酥脆,內饀係加入咗肉桂煮成嘅蘋果粒,熱辣辣淋上肉豆蔻吉士奶醬,好香好好食😋
🍴拖肥布甸亦係其中一款傳統英式甜品,鬆軟嘅蛋糕加上香甜嘅拖肥醬,甜得嚟好食😊,淋上少許奶醬一齊食就可以中和番甜膩感,不過呢款真係要同朋友仔開心share,食太多會糖份爆煲🙈
