Hanwoo bone soup
The taste is deep with the taste of beef. And what amazed me is the found of noodle in the soup. The noodles absorbed the taste of soup and with the soft texture. It is good tasting.
Seasonal salad
The salad is a little bit sour with the source made with the beetroot so we would see there is some red within the green. That's made the dish colorful. And the sour taste really increased my appetite😂.
Hanwoo vegetable roll
It can choose from the vegetable roll or the tartare. The vegetable roll are fresh. The combination of different vegetable gives a crunchy sound in the mouth.
