久唔久都會去東涌行個山或者踩下單車，今次夜晚想chill下，就搵咗一間海景餐廳食dinner。環境好舒適，落地大玻璃對住大海景～餐廳其他裝潢都有外國feel，仲可以同朋友篤個波添。💡Maryland Crab Cake $168呢道係美國特色小食，主打用芥末同檸檬帶出Maryland風味，鮮甜嘅蟹肉，雖然係煎炸，但芥末同檸檬幫手減膩，酸酸辣辣再加蟹肉嘅甜味同香脆嘅外皮。💡Pappardelle $208Pappardelle係闊條麵嘅種類，掛上creamy嘅醬汁，仲要熱到冒住煙，煙靭又好味～配住大蝦同蘆筍，口感有返個平衡。💡The American BLT Medium $188經典美國牛肉漢堡，個包有烘過外脆內軟，牛肉味濃又夠juicy，邪惡芝士再加上煙肉油香，每一啖都咁正～再配上香脆薯條，望住海景咁食，聽住live band英文歌，感覺都幾似去咗外國。當晚仲有live band，成個氣氛即刻俾音樂帶動，現場音樂果然係唔同啲，落住黃昏都真係幾chill～The Upper Deck is a hidden gem located in Tung Chung, Hong Kong.
