2/5除了湯，前菜和奶酪之外，大部份菜式與松露的味道根本不能融合，那專門吃松露的地方又有什麼意思呢？菜式的味道只是不過不失，海膽意大利飯更是有點驚嚇，松露雞尾酒真的強差人意。Except for soup, appetizers and custard, most dishes can't be combined with the flavor of truffles.
