Birthday Dinner at Matsubishi, a famous teppanyaki restaurant in Hong Kong District. Sister made resversation a week earlier therefore we are able to sit at the Bar seats.My sister and mom have chosen wagyu beef set and I picked a range of food from the a la carte menu. Wagyu beef set comes with Big Fresh Pawn/ Scallop, I have ordered thin sliced beef, thin pork with garlic, teppanyaki eggplant, and my favourite sea eel. 是次生日晚飯家姐事先訂左松菱鐵板燒,松菱也算香港數一數二的鐵板燒餐廳。到達後被安排坐在鐵板枱前師傅會serve 每一道菜。坐底不久服務員先給圍裙及前菜

是次生日晚飯家姐事先訂左松菱鐵板燒,松菱也算香港數一數二的鐵板燒餐廳。到達後被安排坐在鐵板枱前師傅會serve 每一道菜。坐底不久服務員先給圍裙及前菜,前菜的蔬菜十分新鮮。今次點左和牛套餐 ,套餐可自選薄燒牛肉或厚燒並可於主菜選擇蝦或帶子。另外點了燒海鰻, 薄燒豚肉和燒茄子,都對食物和師愽的手藝讚不絕口。 Raw Wagyu Beef really to cook by chef. Thick Medium cooked Wagyu beef. (taste perfect! )
厚燒和牛口感十分嫩滑而且牛肉汁亦沒有收乾。 Thin Sliced Pork is good. Personally, I will pick beef rather than pork.
豚肉片內包著燒蒜片味道可口。 The Thin Sliced Beef is also great choice other than Thick Wagyu Beef.
薄燒牛肉沒有比厚燒和牛遜色。 Teppenyaki Eggplant is very finger licking good.
燒茄子十分野味, MUST ORDER! This Sea Eel has surprised me and my family due to it's VERY CRISPY skin after cooked.
海鰻烹調過程甚久,但有過人之處, 它的皮香脆可口, 家人也讚不絕口 今次沒有嚐試魚生片和 壽司,看到其他bloggers' 的食評照好像很野味似的,留待下回品嚐!
I have not tried any raw dish this time. I saw many sashimi pictures from instaxxxx and they look very fresh. I will try them during next visit.
