Hong Kong Day (香港地) is a restaurant chain which serves local hong kong eats, comfortable seating and can expect reasonable service. This braised seafood rice features a huge scallop with black truffle sauce. Slightly disappointing if you’re expecting to have a black truffle fix, as the black truffle paste was a small blob and taste has almost vanished by the time it’s mixed with the braised rice. Braised rice was delicious though, tasted somewhat in between soy sauce and oyster sauce, not bad

This braised seafood rice features a huge scallop with black truffle sauce. Slightly disappointing if you’re expecting to have a black truffle fix, as the black truffle paste was a small blob and taste has almost vanished by the time it’s mixed with the braised rice.
