我同屋企人去咗"正好燒鵝茶餐廳"用餐，但很遺憾的是，我的用餐體驗非常糟糕。首先，該餐廳的服務態度差勁，讓我倍感失望。當我們一行六人入座時，他們強制性地要求我們分開坐(可能要掩飾枱與枱之間中間沒有清潔🤷🏼♀️)，這讓我們感到相當的不舒服。更糟糕的是，我們等了整整二十分鐘才被允許入座，而無論服務員的態度和禮貌，都令人難以忍受。此外，我還注意到在等待食物製作的過程中，整整35分鐘中完全沒有任何服務員跟進。這種缺乏關注和關心的態度讓我感到非常失望，並進一步降低了我對這家餐廳的評價。不僅如此，這家餐廳似乎沒有考慮到留住客人的重要性，明顯地只將目標定在吸引旅客生意。這種短視的經營策略對香港餐飲業造成了很大的負面影響。在食物質素方面，我必須說非常差劣。無論是燒鵝還是其他菜餚，味道都非常普通，缺乏特色和新鮮感。總而言之，正好燒鵝茶餐廳並未給我帶來令人滿意的用餐體驗。餐廳的服務態度差勁，不注重留客，以及食物的質素低劣，這一切都導致我對該餐廳感到失望。我不得不說，這樣的經營方式並沒有為香港的餐飲業帶來光彩，反而給消費者留下了糟糕的印象。我不太可能再次光顧這家餐廳。希望我的評論能對其他人有所幫助，讓他們在選

I recently dined at "Good taste" located in Gold Coast, Hong Kong. Unfortunately, my dining experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the service at the restaurant was very poor, leaving us feeling unsatisfied. When our party of six arrived, we were forced to sit separately after a full twenty minutes of waiting, which made us quite uncomfortable. Also, the attitude and manners of the staff members were simply intolerable.
Furthermore, it appears that the restaurant completely neglected to provide any follow-up during the entire 35 minutes it took for our food to be prepared. This lack of attention and care further exacerbated my disappointment and significantly lowered my opinion of this establishment.
Additionally, it seems that this restaurant fails to recognize the importance of retaining customers, as they clearly target tourists rather than local patrons. This short-sighted business strategy has had a negative impact on the Hong Kong food industry. In terms of food quality, I must say it was extremely subpar. Whether it was the roast goose or other dishes, the taste was very ordinary, lacking uniqueness and freshness.
To sum up, "Good Taste" did not provide me with a satisfactory dining experience. The poor service, lack of focus on customer retention, the excessively long wait time, and the low food quality have left me deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, this kind of management style does not reflect well on Hong Kong's food industry and instead leaves consumers with a negative impression. I am unlikely to visit this restaurant again.
