$26 Croissant reheat後,表面好鬆脆,內裏soft,唔香,冇乜牛油味,不過不失,普通左d$42 Daily Special - Apple Tart 味道偏酸甜的蘋果切成薄片鋪在表面,中間的軟心杏仁內餡,撻底烤至脆身,一啲都唔膩,相反地兩者互相中和咗,整體感覺係偏向軟身的$98 Brie, ham, apple, raspberry jam on sourdough 先講個sourdough,好煙un但唔會難咬口,只係用簡單材料ham和apple,出奇地同raspberry jam好夾,口感非常豐富,有鹹、甜、酸三個層次,加埋核桃作為點綴,好似甜品嘅鹹點。當正餐咁食剛剛好,有飽腹感,我會去呢間麵包買sour dough番屋企,撘配自己鍾意嘅材料,要係香港揾到一間好食又可以買番屋企嘅sourdough 麵包舖真係唔易,除咗出名嘅歐式麵包舖之外,真係少至有少。Levina出品的sourdough不論50% 或 100% 全麥和裸麥,係酸味、moist、煙韌程度都很合我心意,仲有淡淡嘅麵包麥味🤤 仲有好多市面上少見嘅歐式麵包例如Prestrel、Dannish、Ciaba
