We waited quite some time for the food, the cold dishes was out first but we wanted to eat all of them together so waited for the hot foods as well. Around 10-15 minute wait for the food, having said that, there were a lot of people.



招牌擔擔麵 (signature dan dan noodles) $31

Very slurpy noodles with a chewy texture. The noodles are thin and hangs onto the soup very well. Although it was not too spicy (we ordered original spiciness) with a little heat that disappears quite fast. If you enjoy spicy food I recommend asking for more spice.

The soup is a traditional peanut based sauce that when drank individually is quite spicy and warms your body.

The portion is of a small main dish which is perfect for single comers as they can enjoy this and a plate of their cold or side dishes. Even better for 2 or more people as everyone can try a spoonful of noodles and soup and their other various dishes too. We both eat 2 serving bowls of this so it was very generous.

Personally, this noodle was only decent in my opinion and not memorable at all. I definitely recommend trying their other dishes instead, unless you really like Dan Dan noodles. But it was worth a try coming from a authentic Sichuan restaurant.


過橋水餃 (steamed dumplings with sweet and spicy soy sauce) $38

The dumpling wrapper is very thick at the seam but perfectly portioned for the filling. You could tell the dumplings were hand wrapped and you could taste the love that was in them too. Although the dough is quite thick, it is chewy and cooked perfectly so I do not mind eating it with the sauce on its own 😝. My mother didn’t enjoy the thick dough but I think it gives it a rustic home-made style and flavor that is hard to find nowadays.

When dipped into the soy sauce with chilli oil, the flavor of the filling is enhanced and brings the taste and texture to another level thanks to the silky chili oil. The combination is just perfect.

I definitely recommend this dish if you are a dumpling lover or if you are looking for a good main dish.

The portion is quite enough to be a main meal as there are 10 pieces and each is worth about 2 full bites 😛.


鎮江肴肉 (cold pig knuckle jello) $38

Ordered this because every other table also has this and the staff said this was very popular.

Very appetizing starter when dipped with the vinegar they serve with. The texture is hard but tender, the meat is very soft and melty and the collagen/ skin is very flavorful and refreshing. This was quite a cool experience 😆 as I’ve never tried something this authentic and made me really happy.

The portion is also quite large with 8 pieces that’s worth 2-3 bite each. Can be shared between 2 people or even by yourself with a plate of dumplings or noodles.


豆漿 $6

Display was very captivating and welcoming so we tried one, very very sweet, way too sweet for me who don’t really enjoy sweets and also sweet for my mother who enjoys sweet things. But very creamy and silky mouth feel. Recommend if you enjoy sweet soy milk.

Portion is of a glass and it is filled to the brim which is good and worth the money.


Overall, I really liked the authenticity and environment this restaurant has and definitely recommend coming here for some Sichuan dishes that is rare to find such as 螞蟻上樹 ,菜心獅子頭,酸菜煮魚塊松子黃魚,紅油抄手等等. The waiter also said their 生煎包,小籠包,脆皮素鵝 were popular but we were only 2 people 🥲😅. But I am definitely coming back here to try their other cold dishes and will also post another review too!
