Although long time ago...カツ丼 is good instead of "rice with deep fried pork with egg powder".I don't know how it is called in cantonese, but in japanese is カツ丼 (がつどん） or ka-tsu-don. Means rice with deep fried pork on lightly "scrambled" egg.The egg is just scrambled to be semi-solid, so when you put it into your mouth, you feel softness of the egg.However, the カツ丼 that i ordered is too "juicy"...If you prefers sushi, this restaurant is also a good choice. You may order a "sushi yacht" of differ

If you prefers sushi, this restaurant is also a good choice. You may order a "sushi yacht" of different types of sushi - eel, prawn, salmon...
Things to note - the restaurant is crowded at lunch; there is discount at 2pm; better to ask if your main course is a-la-carte or belongs to set menu ; 10%service charge
