This restaurant offer basically three things, 白牛(with truffle),極牛and beef rice.So we ordered both choices of the ramen. It’s great that the ramen is based on your preference. From choosing the beef from raw to grill and also the ingredients of the ramen.We chose pretty much of the ingredients so the waiter suddested us to having the thicker soup with it. The soup is tasty and full of beef smell. Also the beef is so so so good, didn’t expect such beef in a bowl of ramen. However if you choose 1 portion of the raw one, it only comes with one slice.
