Soup of the day這個湯的顏色非常搶眼，一看便知道充滿濃濃的蕃茄味，雖然如此味道到亦不會太酸，而且也能做到非常幼滑，可以看得出廚師的功架

這種薄餅製作方法看來普通而且味道亦不算太過特別，但要做到令人留下深刻印象，卻不是十分容易，這裏的廚師便做到了這點。因為這個薄餅的蕃茄味非常香濃，甜酸的比例亦做到恰到好處，而且餅皮煙韌之餘，亦十分香脆

這個甜品賣相非常吸引，而且可以給客人親自將咖啡倒進雪糕內，令吃的過程更加有趣。至於味道方面，雲呢拿雪糕非常幼滑，而且又非常濃烈的雲呢拿味，至於咖啡則非常香濃，兩者混合起來，中和了咖啡的苦澀味，做到恰到好處
