平時我係去開波鞋街果間,但昨晚收工去到旺角11點幾,經過旺中對面間新開既樂園諗住應該差不多就入左去啦,其實入去之前都係估估下,因為呢個世界好多人混水摸魚,我都唔知呢間係真唔係,姑且一試........點知.............係真既!!!點解我會知係真?因為佢d河粉!佢d河粉係幾特別既,第二度未試過食到呢種河粉,同埋望望下,見到"蔡瀾推薦"既牌我肯定呢間就係分店.......入返正題先,點解我話水準下降! 服務態度有d離譜?咁我坐低就叫我既例牌:切腩墨丸河.......點知個侍仔問返我咩係切腩係咪講錯左?係咪牛根腩呀?我:o下?你唔知咩係切腩?侍:唔知喎,唔識亦都未聽過!我:咁你同廚房講啦,廚房無理由唔識.......侍:我唔知佢地都應該唔識..............我:咁牛腩墨丸河,腐乳通菜啦..........(已經無野好講)去到呢個位我發覺大鑊啦,賣牛腩牛雜粉地方話我知唔知咩係切腩?算,姑且食埋先啦,點知碗麵來到打風咁亂,都算,d牛腩同舊舖差得遠啦,唔淋且肥膏還肥膏肉還肉,d肉係好似瘦燒肉咁(切都切到同燒肉咁樣切條狀)又硬........難食,墨丸呢?味係差不多但無以前咁香

去到呢個位我發覺大鑊啦,賣牛腩牛雜粉地方話我知唔知咩係切腩?算,姑且食埋先啦,點知碗麵來到打風咁亂,都算,d牛腩同舊舖差得遠啦,唔淋且肥膏還肥膏肉還肉,d肉係好似瘦燒肉咁(切都切到同燒肉咁樣切條狀)又硬........難食,墨丸呢?味係差不多但無以前咁香既墨魚味又無咁彈牙,通菜就無咩特別係油d囉.........
蔡生係節目訪問呢間舖時真係無講錯,舖面裝修乜都改得,係野食就一定要跟足原創做,只可惜.......都係聽完就算................
