服務真係唔差, very attentive. 之不過每款主菜上到4/5 百, 我對佢係有d 失望...坐低冇幾耐就即刻送上小食, 係mini tomato basket, 都幾refreshing. 跟住再送上 on-the-house 嘅一口牛, 肉質好鮮嫩, 可惜個醬甜得滯, 蓋過咗肉味.兩個人, 一個叫咗sea bass, 一個叫咗Angus sirloin 同個salad for share.Sea bass 係正常嘅, crispy skin, lightly seasoned, sides with sautéed veggie with a hint of tomato sauce.但係個sirloin 就... 即係咁, sirloin 已經係算lean meat, 佢同你係煮嗰時已經去咗個cap fat (後來問咗個煮法先知)... 但係上碟又擺咗舊自家製但係又淡茂茂嘅herb butter 係sirloin面度. 我其實好想問佢即係想點? Sirloin 因為low fat content 已經相比起ribeye 肉味冇咁豐富. 今次仲要去埋cap fat先煮.

其實怪都係怪自己唔警覺. 問recommendation 時佢已經講咗個lamb chop 係去油邊先煮, 所以冇咁羶. 個時冇諗咁多, 只係一心諗一定唔要個lamb chop. 一係lamb chop 來貨唔靚所以好羶. 一係個廚諗多咗. 但係勢估唔到sirloin 連煮嗰陣時都要去埋cap fat... 可能間餐廳係走健康路線掛... 都唔知可以點同佢兜.
Salad okay. No compliant.
甜品個friend 叫咗個巨版 raspberry macaron. Well, 因為真係冇乜得好揀. 佢話個chef de cuisine 係個法國佬. 但係個 outer shell 就硬繃繃, not flaky at all.
Again, 食物質素有待改善. 每人一千係俾個環境同埋熱心嘅服務.
