黎到尖沙咀覓食突然醒起好耐無去過亞士里道,原來都轉變左唔少.見到呢間名為Poseidon既餐廳好有氣勢亦幾有氣氛就決定試下.Salmon Tartare & Caviar 三層他他塔由最底紅菜頭粒,中間三文魚他他肉及最上層魚子所組合而成.紅菜頭香甜清新,咬落又唔會有渣,帶一陣脆脆感.三文魚含魚油甘香,肉質飽滿帶出彈牙感.最上層魚子脆卜卜,咬開溢出魚子精華.整體層次欠感豐富,清新開胃.Brown-buttered Crab Risotto 以原個蟹蓋釀入蟹肉risotto,賣相已經贏晒.Risotto濃稠creamy,帶一陣陣海鮮蝦香.risotto飯粒唔會過硬,入口唔會帶飯骨之餘又唔會過軟爛仲帶有嚼口感.Rainforest Gin/Mint/Cucumber/Elderflower/Soda充滿園林feel既cocktail,杯內以青瓜皮包裹住。入口清爽夠fresh,酒味唔會過濃烈但又感受到gin酒獨有既清香。再加埋梳打令整杯cocktail更清涼。Stew mussel
