位於諾士佛臺的這間上樓酒吧，絕對是與朋友飲酒消遣、聚會的好地方。裝潢和氣氛比街上的酒吧的好，配上現場音樂，適合大家下班休息一下。The bar is located at Knutsfoed Terrace. It is certainly a good place to gather with friends and to get some drinks. The interior design and the music made up a good atmosphere for people to take a rest after work.酒吧內有很多遊戲，例如：飛鏢機、beer pong、打機等，十分適合一班朋友玩樂。There are lots of games in the bar, such as darts, beer pong, video games, etc.玩到累了就可以坐下飲和吃點小食，餐牌上的選擇十分多。今次我們點了一些小吃和兩杯有特色的Cocktail。There are a wide variety of choices for the drinks

荔枝台 The R. Lychee (Mint, Ginger, Lime, Vodka, Lychee Liquor, Ginger Beer)
荔枝酒中有薑味，帶一點點薄荷味，味道清新，酒精味不太濃，喝起來有點像水果茶，十分有趣。
The taste of this cocktail is mainly made up of lychee and ginger, with a bit of mint taste. It is refreshing and the alcohol taste is not that strong. It tastes a little bit like fruit tea.
YAKULT (Rum, Advovoat, Lime Juice, Pineapple juice, 7-up)
酒精味不太濃，Rum能夠提升整杯飲品的香味，加上青檸汁和7喜有點像汽水。
The alcohol isn’t too strong, which the rum has enhanced the aroma of the cocktail. The use of lime juice and 7-up makes the cocktail tastes a bit like soft drinks.
別問我是誰 Chef Promotion
這是由廚師選擇配料而煮成的主食，是海膽汁象拔蚌長通粉，醬汁Creamy 可口，象拔蚌爽口，配上蒜蓉，十分惹味。
Chef’s Promotion – we enjoyed the rigatoni very much; which sea urchin and geoduck is used. It is a very creative fusion dish.
大澳蝦醬雞翼 Tai O Shrimp Paste Chicken Wings
廚師十分用心，先將雞翼切成單骨，配上蝦醬調味，炸至香脆，十分美味。
Deep fried with local shrimp paste, chicken wings are amazingly delicious.
擂台多士 The Ring Toast
多士內有 Ham, 芝士和黑松露。黑松露味十分重，配上芝士，外脆內軟，配上旁邊的蛋黃醬，味道更是惹味。
The toast is made of ham, cheese and black truffles. It has a strong flavour of black truffle, with a dip of the mayonnaise is certainly delectable.
泰式生蝦 Thai-style raw shrimp
十分鮮味，蝦肉爽口彈牙，加上用裝著冰的杯上菜，賣相一流。
The shrimps are very fresh and luscious, served with a cup of ice was of good appearance.
