淺水灣的早上，最近多了一抹新鮮出爐的麵包香。PARABOLICA 以日式烘焙店作開始，提供水果三文治、牛奶吐司等麵包及甜品選擇。特別推薦杏仁牛角包，多層酥皮配上大量杏仁片，酥脆鬆化，食得狼狽亦心甘命抵。雖然暫未開放內用，不過中庭的歐陸式造景，同樣能令你像招牌上的白熊一樣，慵懶地在這裏享受悠閒的早晨時光。Started as a bakery (and with a cafe later this year), PARABOLICA brings Repulse Bay with fruit sando, Hokkaido milk loaf and more.
