I could never imagine there are that much ingredients in the bowl, there were tonnes of veggies and meat and egg in each of the pot udon. The dan dan udon was with strong sesame flavours and the broth was just super rich, similar to the mushroom broth for the beef, also flavourful. Udon was chewy and al dente 👍yet the meat (both the pork and beef weren't very remarkable maybe because the soup flavours were really super rich). The scallops were huge yet there were a lot of salad cream on top so I couldn't really taste the natural seafood flavours. For the salad, the shrimp meat was quite fresh and the citrusy salad sauce makes it refreshing and balance the rich soups. Cakes were not particularly outstanding but i like the earl grey one, it tasted like ice cream and the tea flavours were there 😋
