$168 Sinigang Dagat:材料包括 Hamachi Jaw | Tiger Prawns | Tamarind Broth | Taro | Tomato | Okra 😋;呢個係相當有特色嘅菲律賓菜🇵🇭,我竟然從未食過😅,係一個帶酸味嘅湯,酸味嚟自 Tamarind 羅望子,又叫酸豆,加埋鰤魚、鮮蝦、蔬菜 一齊煮湯,出奇地清新好味👍
$88 Buko Pandan:材料包括 Desiccated Coconut | Pandan Cream Jelly & Crumbs 😋;用椰絲造成雪糕,用斑蘭造成忌廉啫喱,再加上斑蘭做嘅脆脆哋嘅 Crumbs,成個組合出奇地美味😋
