The most peculiar point about Pho Le is all beef broth from different restaurants are different, and some are better than others!And I should say, broth from Yuen Long restaurant is the clearest! The flavour is rich and intense, and of course free bean sprouts and herbs are always the selling point of Pho le. I need to mentioned the beef ball is so flavourful and with intense beef flavour, which is very difficult to find another one can be compared in Hong Kong!
