No one could resist the aroma of the tumeric garlicky chicken rice! Hand-pulled chicken freed me struggling to separate meat from bones, and i loved it how I enjoyed chunks of meat in every single mouthful. To be frank the rice is slightly bit too greasy for me, but the pickled veges helped balance it out a bit.
用雞油煮的黃薑飯溢出了滿滿的油香 配上手撕本地雞 和醃菜 也算減輕了油膩感

This was actually my fav even though it was not the main dish. Crispy outside, filled with crab meat mixed with fish sauce. A very authentic vietnamese dish♡︎
