成日都話炸嘢冇難度,乜嘢都掉晒落油鑊度炸熟佢,只要唔好炸燶就OK啦,不過你食得越多炸嘢,你就越知道其實要揸得好食都唔係咁簡單,而呢檔大排檔炸嘢就真係唔錯。我哋去咗炸豬扒同埋炸雞翼,炸豬扒佢就話係招牌菜,當然好食啦,不過佢個炸雞翼都唔錯,首先就係豬扒同雞翼冇雪味,當然大前題我唔信佢會用新鮮貨啦,所以無雪味係非常重要,第二就係豬有豬味雞有雞味,呢個咁普通嘅嘢好多地方都做唔到㗎,第三就係無油益味,呢個就難度更高。另外仲叫咗個自家製韭菜餃,味道OK,啲餡料都幾新鮮。飲品就叫了紅豆冰同埋熱檸蜜,飽晒。
