-材料有叉燒,魚蛋,少少椰菜,紫菜同1/2隻溏心蛋
-落咗單近乎5分鐘後先醒起個麵要煮硬d..........waiter照幫我話比廚房知..........不過當時個麵已煮.........waiter話廚房肯再安排煮過另1個.........唔該晒..........今次喺我太遲出聲
-先喝1口湯..........個aroma的確有點burnt嘅味..........濃/重味,of course會油啦.......但喺薄type........又唔喺"杰"type.......所以油呢點我接受到...........當然如食拉麵鍾意飲埋個湯先夠滿足的話..........呢種拉麵應該唔得
-據waitress講個味噌有炒過.............後放入用雞餚過嘅上湯內
-叉燒正路........肉鬆
-個溏心蛋都有水準.........橙紅之餘,亦溏心
-雖然個麵要求煮硬d...........但入口1d都唔硬..........都喺小軟身..........而且喺直麵type........不過可能個拉麵多油..........佢嘅keep熱能力份外比1般拉麵高...........所以就算上咗碗..........boiling effect仍會持續...........麵質都容易變腍
-呢個拉麵有其特式..........不過麵質,湯底都not my favorite...........但去試1次都ok的
-估唔到食呢個拉麵.........餐廳好細心.........會準備紙圍裙比客人............我都食得幾乾淨..........只沾咗幾滴油喺圍裙上
-臨近食完..........waiter又主動端上1杯水 3) 焦糖紅酒煨啤梨配雲呢拿雪糕 (hk$68)
-有紅酒granite,煨啤梨,雪糕同caramel crunch-甜品呢度只有3款...........waiter個人推介呢個
-賣相喺幾靚..........colorful and appealing
-個啤梨無腍晒......不過又算未入透個心........中間嘅顏色喺微微淺咗少少.........玉桂好輕手
-有紅酒嘅沙冰,朱古力味嘅soil,又有溫和玉桂味嘅crunch碎..........視覺,texture wise喺好豐富
-整體味道就唔喺impress嗰種........因咁多種味道夾出嚟唔多有火花 4) upgrade wine (免費)
-嗰晚都喺wed..........估唔到喺lady's nite.........個welcome drink可以free upgade去ruffino prosecco
-對我嚟講.........都唔識品酒..........只treat佢喺sparkling white wine而已
-上網search..........原來prosecco喺dry身
-飲落都微微dry啦.........不過因為fruity.........帶少少甜note.........酸度唔強..........又chilled........所以我鍾意飲 5) 軟芝士配脆藕片 (hk$58)
-喺某magazine有推介過..........所以姑且1跟
-無諗過嘜個look咁西餐
-serve比我嘅waiter介紹要連埋提子,火腿,番茄等1齊食.........無諗過waiter會認得我.........仲up得出
上次坐邊個位.........佢應該記得上次我問要個麵煮硬d.........又問佢甜品推介
-主角喺豆腐cheese.........滑滑........好軟身亦黏身.........好幼滑嘅cheese mousse
-因為喺maple honey同peach saucer嘅汁..........都會帶甜.........所以成磚cheese tofu好似甜品嘅cream cheese mousse咁
-另新鮮嘅提子片,紅石榴粒........又很有果甜味
-同時細卷嘅parma ham就比番鹹味出嚟
-整體味道好well balance又豐富...........presentation又靚..........又有創意..........又對我口胃..........unexpectedly gd (不過唔like甜食嘅朋友.........會覺得定位不倫不類)
-近年罕有跟magazine唔lai嘢之作~~~~ 6) 黑拉麵 (hk$108)
-除咗焦香拉麵外...........佢仲有好幾款...........某magazine推黑拉麵
-不過magazine始終不能盡信..........還是拉waitress問吓
-佢解釋到赤,黑,淡麗拉麵嘅味道分別
-如果鍾意食辣..........佢個人會推黑多d
-喺味噌豬骨湯底...........+上黑椒油.............(赤拉麵就+黑蒜油).........有1pat紅色辣醬
-除咗豚肉外,仲有木耳...........湯底仲有洋蔥碎............好有新意嘅組合
-因為喺咪噌湯底.........所以都濃味..........少"杰"身............紅辣醬只喺增+辣意........唔真喺辣.........為碗拉麵帶來惹味..........油量ok啦.........是可以淨喝的.........like呢個又濃又惹味嘅湯底
-個麵我要求超硬..........因話咗比waitress聽上次嘅焦香拉麵因為熱力關係..........出來都喺軟..........所以waitress幫我特別註明
-個麵type我覺得同焦香拉麵不同............攣d同碎d.........不過texture上.........韌性同咬口度比上次的好好多........滿意這帶點彈嘅麵質
-而且又會食到洋蔥粒碎........微爽口...........又多份香氣
-叉燒同樣原味又鬆
-硬要挑剔的話........就喺少了1/2隻溏心蛋啫.........hahaha..........溏心蛋好似無得散叫 7) 紅豆冬甩 (免費)
-簽緊張單時.........waitress話有dessert送.........如不太趕時間.........可以食埋先
-可能客量太少..........要推free dessert去刺激吓............每日不同...........我諗只限晚巿...........上次4月頭來都未有.......不過waitress話呢個promotion未知last幾耐
-個冬甩都鬆........不過油氣味比較重
-味道ok啦,甜品輕手
題外話/補充資料:
* 好彩有嚟第2次.........試埋其他signatures............滿意第2次所pick嘅dishes
* 2次嚟嘅服務都好好喎.........又熱心又主動 (not only to me..........見佢其他客都喺咁樣serve)..........難得對menu上每樣dish都好清楚..........又有立場..........答到晒我d問題~~~~
