The onion rings look drop-dead gorgeous, they are fresh out from the fryer straight. These rings are deep golden brown in colour, thick, and didn’t fall apart. You can’t really go wrong when you are having a high quality Spanish Iberico Pork Chop. Just judging from the slight pink in the middle, you can tell it’s perfectly cooked. The pork chop is a tender, juicy and well-marbled piece of meat. The meat is cut from the shoulder and back and has a rich nutty flavour because the pigs were fed on acorns every day.

This cannoli recipe has a twist to it because it uses flat, waffle-like cookies (pizzelle) as the crispy shell for the cannoli.Pizzelle are flat, crisp waffle like cookies made in an iron which is similar to a waffle iron. The crispy pizzelle shell is filled with creamy, sweetened ricotta mixed with pistachios.!
We can see the chefs working non stop in the open kitchen. The chefs look really young, very impressed with how the dishes turn out to be, great effort and need to support them! The other staff is also very responsive to our needs and great service!
