At my dinner partner’s suggestion, I came all the way to this restaurant for dinner to try out its signature chicken pot! It was served to us very soon. When it was brought to us, we heard the very exciting sound of food being cooked which lasted a long while before it died down. There were really plenty of chicken pieces together with other toppings including coriander, spring onion, 雲耳, 秀珍菇, Chinese mushrooms, onions, ginger and garlic. I couldn’t help not eating when it was still so hot. The chicken was well seasoned and was quite tender. The skin was so elastic. We asked for 小辣 and it was so appetising. Quite a good chicken pot and not expensive at all at such a price.
After finishing the chicken, we could ask for hot soup or water for free for hot pot.
Their abalone were so fresh that we ordered two different types to try.

They were huge and were still moving just before we cooked them. They were so chewy and fresh and tasted so rich in abalone especially 南非鮮鮑魚.

Decent quality of food in general. Prices were reasonable too. Service was efficient so we finished everything within about 45 min after our orders.
