Was a bit short on cash 1 night, but couldn't be bothered finding an ATM. Continued walking around this area seeking a venue for dinner, I realised I have tried most of the Asian shops in this vicinity, so went for an alternative & radical approach...Tried to get myself a decent enough Steak which isn't Chinese tenderised in style and like a rubber pool float, like those in 花園餐廳 or Cafe de Coral:- Sirloin Steak was ok, juicy and meaty. Tried to get myself a decent enough Steak which isn't Chinese tenderised in style and like a rubber pool float, like those in 花園餐廳 or Cafe de Coral:
- Sirloin Steak was ok, juicy and meaty. A bit too much gristle and fat strips that need to be cut away, but acceptable. At least it tasted natural and not sodarised.
- Potato Wedges were fried really well.
- Carrots undercooked and hard though.
