This was my second times having Omakase in this restaurant. The reason I came here again is because I had a very good experience, including food and services from this restaurant.I remember the first time when I came here, 小林 was the one serving us and this time was another one.As usual, they gave me hot tower and hot tea when I setted. And then the first thing the chef did was giving me a tuna handroll. To start an Omakase with a handroll I believe only happen in Sushi Tokami, and following by

As usual, they gave me hot tower and hot tea when I setted. And then the first thing the chef did was giving me a tuna handroll. To start an Omakase with a handroll I believe only happen in Sushi Tokami, and following by the appetizers. Among all the appetizers, I like the Flounder Sashimi, Peony Shrimp, and Steam Abalone.
When we got to the main sushi section, tunas are always the best and also Sea Urchin. At the end it finished up with a very good soup. I believe I will come again and also ask my friend to come here too.

All the water they used in this restaurant are from Japan "鹿兒島縣 - 温泉水99"
