灣仔皇后大道東QRE Plaza差不多整棟大廈都係食店,今日放工同同事試咗Bifteck Iberico Collar with Dry Spicy and Garlic:伊比利亞豬係豬扒界嘅名牌,好多西餐廳都會選用,今次佢嘅做法係面頭鋪滿脆脆嘅麵包糠混合法式芥末醬,而豬扒就煎到剛剛熟,裏面肉汁澎湃,厚度適中,伴以菠菜薯粒,好味French Duck Breast with Orange Gravy:鴨胸係法國入口,皮嘅一邊煎到好脆,肉方面仲有少少粉紅色,但食落亦都唔會太生,鴨嘅騷味唔算重,而鴨肉本身嘅香味同鴨皮嘅油脂就越咬越香Truffle Mushroom Creamy Risotto:最後都係想食返少少澱粉類,而Risotto通常我都會揀有松露嘅,咁樣食落冇咁漏,呢間仲加咗啲雜菌响裏面,增加咗咬口,整碟飯都好平衡,唔錯
