今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於銅鑼灣Fashion Walk嘅Eat Darling Eat,雖然都有提供少量嘅主菜,但係獨特嘅甜品先係佢哋嘅主打。Eat Darling Eat located at Causeway Bay Fashion Walk, although it provides some kinds of main dishes, desserts and "tong sui" are definitely their specialities. 番薯糖水 (Sweet Potato) $68兩款甜品都有獨立提供佢哋相應嘅糖水,由客人倒落去先係完成嘅作品。番薯糖水配上香芋雪冰、薑味蛋白餅同朱古力蛋糕,旁邊再伴上切粒嘅紫薯同蜜瓜。香芋雪冰微甜帶清香,而紫薯同糖水都強調返番薯依個主角,同蜜瓜一齊進食更有清爽嘅感覺。平時番薯類嘅甜品都令人感覺好滯,但係用雪冰同蜜瓜就消除咗依種感覺,整體上嘅平衡拿捏得好好。Both desserts are served with their respective "tong sui", that is to be poured by custome

番薯糖水 (Sweet Potato) $68
兩款甜品都有獨立提供佢哋相應嘅糖水,由客人倒落去先係完成嘅作品。番薯糖水配上香芋雪冰、薑味蛋白餅同朱古力蛋糕,旁邊再伴上切粒嘅紫薯同蜜瓜。香芋雪冰微甜帶清香,而紫薯同糖水都強調返番薯依個主角,同蜜瓜一齊進食更有清爽嘅感覺。平時番薯類嘅甜品都令人感覺好滯,但係用雪冰同蜜瓜就消除咗依種感覺,整體上嘅平衡拿捏得好好。
Both desserts are served with their respective "tong sui", that is to be poured by customers. Sweet potato soup is poured into taro icy treat, ginger meringue cookie, and chocolate cake, along with sliced sweet potato and melon. Taro icy treat gives a slight sweetness flavour with a fragrant smell, while sliced sweet potato and soup stress their appearance. The refreshing melon strives a good balance for this dessert in general.

依款糖水就以酒釀丸子作雛型,當客人倒落熱嘅米酒味糖水,就會將朱古力片融化。朱古力嘅可可味都幾重,而中間嘅玫瑰桑莓雪葩帶清新嘅酸甜味道,同朱古力米酒嘅甘醇味道形成強烈嘅對比,而丸子質感亦好煙韌,蘸上朱古力米酒一齊食味道更佳。整體而言,兩款糖水都好高質,但係我哋會更偏向推薦上海,味道上更吸引。
Shanghai is based on glutinous rice ball in fermented rice wine soup, that the hot soup will melt the chocolate slice. Chocolate is rich in cocoa taste, which creates a strong contrast with the sweet and sour rose-raspberry sorbet. Glutinous rice balls are chewy in terms of texture and match well with the rice wine soup. Overall, both "tong sui" are in high quality, but we would prefer Shanghai more due to its attractive flavour.
