This cross section was beautiful! Four even layers of soft moist airy sponge with even layers of cream cheese tucked neatly in between. Each mouthful was so smooth and creamy, it was amazing! Doesn’t leave you feeling dense and heavy at all.
With a generous amount of fresh blueberries and coated in fresh cream, a beautiful and delicious for my mum’s birthday🥰!
自從開始烘培後，非常欣賞蛋糕的橫切面，能看到蛋糕的質感和層次。四層鬆軟溼潤的海綿蛋糕，中間整齊地夾了四層芝士忌廉，口感順滑，一點也不覺膩。面頭還有好多新鮮藍莓，和鮮忌廉，睇得又食得👍🏻
