Ordered 12 oysters from the restaurant via Openrice platform on 8-9-2022.I found worms 🐛 in at least three oysters when I opened them (they are alive and still moving on the oysters). Oysters with worms are really difficult for us to accept or consume😥😢I am not sure these oysters are still “eatable”or not😫I called the restaurant afterwards and requested for refund. I found worms 🐛 in at least three oysters when I opened them (they are alive and still moving on the oysters). Oysters with worms are really difficult for us to accept or consume😥😢I am not sure these oysters are still “eatable”or not😫

I called the restaurant afterwards and requested for refund. The staff replied that they cannot do a refund and we have to make the request via openrice. And he initiated that they can change some “fresh and newly opened oysters” to us. Is that means the one for takeaway isn’t that fresh for your customers?🤔 (Not sure the implications behind). I then whatsapp the restaurant and the official reply from them is that “those worms are not harmful to human”.🙀 But how can they confirm it? I don’t really get it.😕😕

This experience do disappointed us. Bad experience.👎🏼

返到屋企 打開外賣盒發現盒裏面至少有三隻蠔
有幾條微細既活蟲蠕動緊🪱🐛🙀
我唔知佢哋係咩蟲 但真係好難接受到
亦都唔敢擺落口
最後打咗俾餐廳 要求退錢
個職員嬲嬲地 話退唔到錢叫我落嚟換返啲新鮮新開嘅蠔俾我🥲
我話唔要 直接退錢就得 佢叫我要自己搵返OpenRice搞😕其實都唔緊要 我可以自己搞返

佢哋回覆我話有蟲係正常😨
話啲蟲對人體無害
但其實我都未send相比佢地 佢哋連係咩蟲都唔知😰😅
點解咁快就知佢哋對人無害🥹
同埋個問題係 見到啲蟲真係唔開胃
仲要係好幾隻唔止一隻🤢🤢
我諗正常人都唔會接受到亦都食唔到落口🤯😰

總括來講就係好差好差嘅體驗🥲🥲
